Organizer FAQs

Individuals, event teams, communities, venues, businesses, and organizations can apply to become organizers. During registration, you can choose whether you are applying as an individual or an organization, then provide your contact details, location, organizer profile, and supporting documents for review.

Registration starts with mobile verification through OTP. After verification, you complete general information, upload the required identity and bank verification documents, download and sign the organizer agreement, and submit the application for review. Once the review is completed, your organizer account can be enabled for event management.

You will need to provide your account type, name, email address, address, country, state, city, zip code, and a short organizer description. Website and social links such as Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, and YouTube can also be added when available to help strengthen your organizer profile.

The onboarding flow asks for a government-issued ID and a bank verification document. These files help the operations team verify the organizer identity and payout readiness before approving the account.

Government ID and bank verification documents can be uploaded as PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF files up to 10 MB each. The signed agreement must be uploaded as a PDF file and can also be up to 10 MB.

Bank information is collected so organizer payouts and withdrawal requests can be processed correctly after ticket sales are settled. The onboarding form asks for bank name, bank address, account type, account holder name, account number, and IFSC or bank code.

Most onboarding steps are immediate once details are submitted correctly. The review itself depends on document clarity, agreement completion, and whether the team needs any clarification. If something is missing or unclear, support may request updated information before approval.

Yes. The registration flow includes a reset option that clears the current organizer registration session. This is useful if you started with incorrect details or need to begin again with a fresh application.

Yes. Once approved, your organizer account can create, view, edit, update, search, and delete events from the account area. This is designed for organizers who run recurring shows, multiple venues, festivals, workshops, or separate event brands.

An event is the main listing buyers discover. A show is a specific schedule or occurrence under that event, usually tied to a date, time, and location. Tickets are the sellable inventory under a show, where you define ticket types, prices, and availability.

Yes. The organizer dashboard supports show management under each event. You can create, edit, view, update, and delete show instances, which is useful for multi-day events, repeated time slots, city-wise schedules, or performances with more than one session.

Yes. Each show can have its own tickets, allowing you to create different ticket types for pricing and capacity control. This supports common structures such as early bird, general admission, VIP, student, group, or other custom ticket categories.

An event becomes visible after it is properly configured and published. Organizers have publishing controls, so you can prepare event details, shows, and tickets first, then publish when the listing is ready for buyers.

Yes. Organizer event lifecycle controls include publish, unpublish, complete, and cancel actions. These controls help you manage listings before launch, pause visibility when changes are needed, mark finished events as complete, or cancel events when operations require it.

Yes. You can continue managing event information from the organizer account area. For important live-event changes such as timing, venue, ticket availability, or cancellation, update the event carefully so buyers see accurate information.

Yes. Organizer reporting includes analytics and sales areas. You can review performance, sales activity, and reporting views, and generate reports from the organizer account to understand how your events are performing.

Yes. Organizer staff management supports listing staff, creating staff users, toggling staff status, and deleting staff links. Staff support is useful for teams that need help with event operations, including scanner-related ticket verification workflows.

Organizer settlement support is available through the account wallet area. Approved organizers can maintain bank account details, create withdrawal requests, and cancel eligible withdrawal requests while backend teams review and process settlements.

Before approval, you can use the contact page for onboarding questions. After your account is active, you can use the support area to create support tickets, view replies, reply to tickets, close resolved tickets, or reopen tickets when more help is needed.
