General Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the event organizer's specific policy. Please review the event details before making a purchase.
Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price within 5-7 business days.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before event: Full refund minus processing fees
- 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
